Finger pointing We met the CEO of @PilotFlyingJ Adam Wright at Berkshire Hathaway meeting. We asked who sets the price for @evgonetwork chargers at Pilot stations? Employees said the CEO and Wright said EVGo. We showed Wright EVGos app for the Pilot in town that says "pricing is set by the partner". That picture is Wright's serious reaction and he said he'd look into it. Clearly there was a conflict. Can someone @PilotFlyingJ let us know who sets the price and why it is an industry high? The EV community calls EVGo "EVGouge". @evgonetwork Sorry ass service at charging station. Sorry ass customer support. Tired of dealing with the same damn issues and nothing is done to fix things.

We perform regular maintenance to all of our chargers across the country, monitor our network 24/7, conduct preventative health checks, and respond to every issue that is surfaced. Our dedicated customer service team is also available 24/7 for driver support. We will make sure to let our maintenance team know of this issue to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Seriously, why is @evgonetwork the worst charging company on earth? Pumps are always down and fast charging is really slow charging most of time.
