@VoxTelecom what is going on with there fibre data services? Cant connect to psn, YouTube streaming in 144p. What is the update on this, the ping and download speeds are ridiculous. Please don’t ask for my account# because this is not an issue on my end. A progress report?

@TelkomZA Not just Telkom it’s your whole Openserve infrastructure, so even if I have an account with Vox/Vumatel etc, your Openserve is the provider in my area. No fibre/LTE/5G….for 5 hour Today, nearly 7 hours on Monday during the day. Your network issues started on Sunday already

@VoxTalk2Us good day I would just like some information as to when the issue with slow fibre internet will be resolved. While local ping and speeds are stable, global up and down steams are affected for things like X/Youtube and PlayStation network for online gaming.

@VoxTalk2Us Sorry this will not help, the pictures posted clearly show there are issues. A response from open-serve as a provider as to when the issues will be resolved would be appreciated. This is not a technical issue on my side as all residents in the area have the same issues
