HOLY SH*T... 2,000+ ready-to-use n8n workflows just got leaked. Covers AI lead gen, content automation, sales & CRM — all plug-and-play. This would take months (and serious money) to build from scratch. Comment “N8N” and follow — I’ll DM the full library + setup free.

AI runs my content strategy now. Built a system that watches industry news every hour, filters junk articles, and auto-generates Twitter threads plus LinkedIn posts. AI scores each piece for quality before writing anything. High scores get published automatically. Medium scores hit my review queue. Garbage gets archived. Never scrambling for post ideas at 11pm anymore. Comment "NEWS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

Just like Mumbai, we also need a slogan like "Spirit of Gurgaon" to cope with this city. Ideas welcome

I tried using ChatGPT to plan my workouts for 3 months. Every single session started the same way: "I have dumbbells and a resistance band, I'm intermediate level, I want upper body today, I hate burpees..." By week 4, I was spending more time explaining my preferences than actually working out. That's when I realised that most AI makes you the translator between contexts. 🧵

There are dozens of wearables from Whoop/ AW/Oura - while they excel at tracking cardiovascular strain and recovery for endurance sports, they fall short for strength training athletes seeking to monitor muscular strain and recovery. As I deep dived into the problem statement, I realised I am not alone. Here are some screenshots of people searching the same on Reddit but not able to find a solution. Are there any good tools based on FFM models/ that can help with estimating (even if not 100% accurate) muscular strain and recovery?

He taught himself how to code with ChatGPT... Then built 3 iphone apps. Made $10M in revenue. We called him up and asked him to break it all down. Talked for hours, but cut out all the fluff to give you all the alpha: – why mobile apps are lucrative right now (2:08) – $1M business ideas RIGHT NOW (6:43) – playbook for validating app ideas (8:56) – must-have tools for building mobile apps (9:42) – the sweet spot pricing strategy (12:33) – building $1M apps for $50 bucks (15:35) – Light a fire under your ass (17:03)

Apple ran an internal study validating their VO2 Max algorithm with 221 participants, and found that Apple Watch’s cardio fitness estimate was usually within 1.2 ml/kg/min of the true VO2Max. It's cardio fitness metric had a reliability coefficient of 0.86–0.89. Here’s a chart of actual VO2Max (x axis) vs the Apple Watch’s estimate (y axis). The Apple Watch is surprisingly pretty accurate! Something that Whoop is yet to do ☹️ Improving VO2 Max (increase the volume of blood pumped with every heart beat) is the best thing one can do to improve their health span - wish more wearables invest in their VO2M algorithms...
