This happened in my gym yesterday, and I still can’t believe it. There is a married woman who comes to my gym regularly. Over time, she became friends with a group of guys there and the way she behaves with them is more like a girlfriend than just a friend. Yesterday they were joking around and one guy said, If I do 50 push ups, will you give me 2 kisses? She laughed and said yes. He actually did the 50 push ups. First, she kissed him on the cheek. Then his friends said, Now kiss on the lips. And she agreed instantly. They lip locked for a few moments. Me and my friends were standing there, just looking at each other, completely shocked at what we were seeing. The only thing going on in my mind the whole time was where are the boundaries?

Actor vijay whose total asset value is 600cr has invested 100cr in a bank FD... which is 17% of his total assets. I really dont know who gave such a poor investment suggestion... Assuming an average 6.5% interest rate this 100cr would generate 6.5cr as annual income. After adjusting for 3% inflation, the real return is just 3.5%. Instead, from that 100cr 50% of the amount 50cr could have been invested in govt bonds, debt funds or with a slightly higher risk appetite in direct MF. If i had that 100cr i would invest 50 cr in a hybrid fund & activate an swp to generate a steady monthly income... allowing me to enjoy life comfortably while still benefiting from better long term growth.
