@RealDocChar @honeymoon250 You think you can move faster than a Cobra? If you approach it, it will rise up and face you. Get too close it will spit venom at your face before biting you. Gaging by the tile it is about 1 1/2 feet long so it is young and faster than an adult.

@RavenscarDkhope @honeymoon250 So it's even easier to grab since it cannot bite the flat of the hand. Easier to control. Vipers are the worst because they are small, but a cobra is easy. Still grab it right behind the head and release it where it will be safe away from people.

Looks like a very large, maybe too large black rat snake, harmless. But, the scaling looks too large, can't see the head clearly, and the dull shine might put it outside of the US. If that's the case then...? But, if the man of the house screams like a Karen and runs, is he really the man of the house?

@honeymoon250 Simply grab a stick, gently tail the snake and use the stick as to not free-handle the animal, then put it out in a well wooded area! It's a common black rat snake! They help keep mice and other critters away from your house!!
