#indigo airlines #civil aviation ministry The staff on duty at gate 104 at Kolkata airport for 6206 was rude and didn’t try at all to for their mistake, caused huge inconvenience. No announcement, no call or msg. Customers are taken for granted. Can management take steps?

#indigo airlines #civil aviation ministry Terrible experience at Kolkata airport with Indigo Airlines today. Had 6E 6206 scheduled departure at 16:00 hrs from gate no 104. Board display delayed, ETD 16:49 hrs. Was nearby and on reaching gate at 15:45 hrs, was told gate closed.
