First time hearing @EvanMiya’s “kill shot”. I preached all last season we just needed two 8-0 runs, one per half, & the game’s a blowout at the end. Simple. Also changes how you coach when you’re comfortable playing even for 36 minutes because you trust you can get two 8-0 runs.

This is INCREDIBLY powerful advice on the make up of practice. I’ve said many times @BBallImmersion is the best teacher of the game I’ve ever seen. - ‘players need be able to explore their environment’ - ‘create an environment, that’s engaging and entertaining’ I’ve seen this IS IN action. Best career advice that I can give: Don't ever attach yourself to a person, a place, a company, an organization or a project. Attach yourself to a mission, a calling, a purpose ONLY. That's how you keep your power & your peace. It's worked pretty well for me thus far.
