@AmazonHelp I am stuck here, I finally got an email a few hours ago instructing me to login to Amazon and follow the on screen instructions, when I do that I get a message that more info is needed but no instructions as to what or how to submit the additional info

@AmazonHelp My account was placed on a temporary hold two days ago and I keep getting asked to verify my name, email, address, and phone number. Same info that has been there about 10 years now. I have received no explanation or no proper attempt to verify what the issue is.

@AmazonHelp I contacted Amazon support four days ago and haven’t received a response as to why my account was closed or what will happen to my gift balance, any reason why? I was told I would get a response within 24 hours.

@AmazonHelp I would love to do that if one of them would actually contact me instead of sending generic emails from addresses I cannot reply to. I am trying to get this resolved through amazon, but if you cannot, then I am happy to escalate the issue with the BBB.

@AmazonHelp Just spoke with someone on the phone as directed, they have no idea what the issue is as well, the account specialist has not specified the reason or what the problem is and they cannot access any info or provide any direction as to how to resolve the issue.

@AmazonHelp Yes there were two emails, both from addresses that cannot be replied to and with no explanation as to what the problem is or how I can fix it. When I log in on Amazon it says the hold is temporary, the email says it's closed. No explanation.

@VerizonSupport Problems on the East Coast are related to your dns not resolving. Changing dns settings in the Fios router to google’s public dns resolved the connectivity issues.
