@TUIUK I have called and emailed, all the numbers go through to an automated message! I can’t get through and my holiday booked for the 5th April was cancelled and no sign of a refund I have DM’d with no reply! Can someone just contact me about my refund!!

@TUIUK I was told I would receive a full refund for my holiday on the 28th March. I have heard nothing back since then and all my messages have been ignored.
