@RBC Since when is the 129 Rexdale Ave location doors locked and customers are unable to access the ATM inside? Indeed the counters do not open until 9:30am. Customers should be able to access the ATM prior to the opening time. This is terrible 🤦🏾‍♂️

@lilianwangui Hi Lili, we don’t have access to the details of an incoming wire transfer until it has been received. Only the sending bank can trace the payment, so we'd recommend the sender contact their bank to investigate. ^E

He told me that I must pay an amount of 32kwd to verify to the “RBC” and show the payment verification to rbc and global express, when they sent me the payment link through email it took me to taw9eel where it wanted me to pay for a gift card, we went back and forth.

I was scammed by a guy online and he thought he can scare me with an “fbi email” His name is Paolo carnevali and he approached me through 4sale (Kuwait) I was listing a monitor for 25 kwd and he said he’ll pay for it, but what I didn’t know is that it was from outside

I have come to the conclusion that Royal Bank of Canada's customer service is crap. Go into the branch and it is obvious the staff are poorly trained, the systems are slow and not optimized. On the phone the automated help is just above the useless level. It is frustrating!
