ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತಿತರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಬಯಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು 2014 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಗಳಾದ ನಂತರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ 2016 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಟ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದರು. ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗಿರುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ್ ಅವರಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರಾಗಲಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ್ ಅವರು ನೀಟ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ದಿನಾಂಕ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೈ ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೇಡು. ನೀಟ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅನೇಕರು ಕೋಚಿಂಗ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾವಿರಾರು ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಣವಿದ್ದವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೋಚಿಂಗ್ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಹಣ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಬಡವರು, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೋಚಿಂಗ್ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಬೇಧ-ಭಾವ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಡವರು, ದಲಿತರು, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರು, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲು ಇದು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ.

After reviewing it, I met with my landlord, who showed me a viral PDF file. He asked me to verify whether any of the questions contained within that PDF had actually appeared in the exam paper. When I examined the Chemistry section of the PDF, I discovered that it contained verbatim all forty-five questions that had appeared in that day's NEET exam. Upon seeing this, both of us were left in a state of shock. I then asked him if he possessed any other such PDFs. He subsequently showed me the Biology PDF as well. With the assistance of a teacher, we proceeded to document the contents of the Biology PDF...We formally reported this matter to the administration late that night. Pursuing the matter further, we reached out to the relevant agencies; we sent emails to the NTA, the CBI, and the Ministry of Education. I would like to express my gratitude to all these agencies, as they responded with great promptness and took swift action. @Nalanda_index CBI is too stupid check this angle. When the minimum percentage in Board is 50, why would anyone worry about boards? Most of the institutions recommend to focus on NEET/JEE rather than boards. There is no rule that only students who secure good board marks should qualify NEET

Shocking revelations continue to emerge in the NEET-2026 paper leak case. Accused Vikas Binwal was reportedly absent from several college tests, and in the exams he did attend, he scored barely around 30% marks. According to the college administration, he was considered a weak student academically and had passed Class 12 with a second division. However, in NEET 2025, he allegedly secured selection with an impressive 85.11 percentile. This unusual jump in performance has now prompted the CBI to investigate the 2025 NEET exam as well. The issue is no longer just about one leaked paper — it is about the credibility of the entire examination system. Millions of students prepare honestly for years, and even a single leak destroys trust, merit, and fairness. Students deserve transparency, strict investigation, and strong punishment for everyone involved , no matter how powerful they are.

What is Sikar doing to beat the national average of medical seats eligibility via NEET or rather what are the coaching institutions hiding? More importantly, how is it that the Ministry of Education is blissfully unaware of this anomaly? By design or lack of intent?

ALLEN founder was saying the same thing yesterday. He accused some coaching institutes of manipulating the exam centre. He further added that there were rumours that the exam centres would ask the candidates to leave the OMR sheets blank which then used to be filled later by solvers. These are serious allegations and the government needs to conduct a serious inquiry to unearth the truth.

Is anything wrong with SIKAR? We analysed the 2024 data when credible reports emerged about paper leak in Sikar. This is what we found: In 2024, to get into a government medical college, you needed a score of about 650. In Sikar, the percentage of students who scored 650+ was 7.48% as compared to a national average of 1.29%. That is 580% higher. In fact, Sikar claimed 7 % of the total medical seats in India. Assuming that coaching is having an impact on the success rates, we compared Sikar with another coaching hub - Kota and found Sikar results to be twice as good. With identical student volumes at about 27,000 students each, Sikar produced nearly TWICE the number of 650+ scorers (2,037 vs 1,066) at almost double the percentage (7.48% vs 3.93%). So, @careers360 went deeper into the center level success rates. We found some centers in Sikar dramatically outperforming others. One center - Tagore P.G. College, had a success rate of 12.36% (10X of national average). 44 of the 356 students at this center got 650+ and 74 scored 600+ scores. Very unusual concentration in a single center. Another center - Yash Public Sr. Sec. School had a 10.36% success of 650+ scorers. Unusual. Some centers in Sikar were as good as others. For example: Bhartiya Public School had 962 students appear and only 27 crossed 650 marks - a mere 2.81%. Similarly, B.S. Memorial P.G. College had a success rate of 3.12%. We have data. Sikar is outperforming and is an outlier. And some centers within Sikar are influencing this result. The correct thing to do is to examine and investigate the outlier results and come clean. According to officials, the accused allegedly obtained a “guess” paper closely resembling the NEET question paper and circulated it through coaching hubs before it was further shared with candidates. NEET UG-2026 paper leak | Initial investigations have revealed that through Yash Yadav, the UG NEET paper reached Rajasthan. Yash knew Vikas Biwal. Vikas Biwal's father, Dinesh Biwal, scanned the hard copy of the question paper and made PDF files. The accused had handwritten the question paper and then scanned it. He reportedly distributed this question paper among students studying at coaching centres in Sikar. Yash did not clear the examination. He is a student of the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences. CBI has questioned coaching institute staff and owners. The students have said they have paid anything between Rs 2 lakh and Rs 5 lakh. Shubham Khairnar has denied that he is the mastermind.
