My favorite part is the idea of some right wing racist extremist militant who is a big fan of both Trump and DeSantis. That’s a category that includes zero actual humans on Earth. These people don’t have a theory of mind for conservatives at all so they have no idea how to effectively slander us.

Literally nobody believes these hoaxes anymore but they keep trying anyway. You almost have to respect the commitment to the bit.

🚨 Why JD Vance Isn’t the Answer for 2028 I like JD Vance, but he’s not the move right now. He’ll be permanently tied to Trump, which means every anti-Trump voter will show up purely out of spite. JD won’t pull the same magnetic support Trump does — there’s never been another like him, and there won’t be. Add in the Tucker orbit, calling Theo Von (who’s dropped some extremely antisemitic stuff) his favorite podcaster, zero executive experience, and going radio silent lately… it’s a tough sell. Give me Rubio or DeSantis instead. Rubio would be a nightmare for Democrats to beat and could pull historic Hispanic numbers.
