@AmazonHelp I know how to do that already - you don’t seem to have answered my question though re the voucher 😂 I have a few payments cards on there so are you saying take them all off and add them all on again. If that’s the case I’m better off popping down to my local supermarket!

@AmazonHelp Hi I know all that!! I’m wanting you use a voucher. So are you saying I can’t use that and ifnot it’s honestly not a good service.Also it’s funny as I bought blades in an order before this which can be used injurebut didn’t have to go through any of this so show some consistency

Look at the gap between our sector budget and other relevant markers (inflation, NHS budget, minimum wage). The gap in our finances are causing weekly pharmacy closures. We desperately need the “independent economic review” to validate this funding chasm.

@Pharmacistdaz Spot on. A lot of times you get the wholesaler invoice saying no stock due to quote being reached when you haven’t even had any stock of the product yet that month but yet the boots down the road has plenty of stock of that product- go figure 🤷🏻‍♂️

@ReachPharmacy The only issues I would have is the independence and the validity of the data. Wholesaler - I have lots of stock. GP - pharmacist why are you unable to supply, I will tell the patient to go elsewhere Pharmacist - I'm on a quota of 3 packs a month, the previous patient used them

I fear the drug shortages and pricing issues are taking a toll on pharmacy teams. It's burning up the compassion and empathy reserves each time they have to disappoint patients, or impose on GP teams. It is ruining relationships.

We are always looking to improve our staffs skills and services we offer, so we’ll done to Kirsty, Pooja and Claire for gaining their Accuracy Checking Dispenser qualification.This will let them check and hand out prescriptions and free up pharmacists time to offer more services
