I really want all Indy comic companies and creators to get along or at the very least not talk to each other if they can't be kind. This drama is not helping anyone, all it's doing is chasing people away. I don't care how fun it is to some people, it needs to stop.

Why on earth can't people just take me at my word? Ava was 8 years old and had outgrown all of the diapers for kids, and she still wasn't potty trained. We were considering trying adult diapers for her, and we looked into it. Fortunately, one of her school teachers was able to break through on toilet training her, and it was a fucking miracle and amazing. We never had to buy them. But the search happened, so I guess Google just figured I might still be interested? Hold that thought, Google. Not Andrea. She suffers from body aches, slow speech and mind fog at her worst right now. Fortunately everything else is okay.

The video is hilarious. Eric standing there pretending to have a conversation with Ginger and Gay while a dozen people look bored and tired. "You don't sound very excited" says some shrill lady trying to create hype with a video of the line. Eric, you're supposed to immediately take care of the fans who are standing there. Dude, you gotta work on your English Let me break things down for you: -Amazon is a retailer who keeps 40% of the margin (creator will keep roughly 20% or less of the sales price) -Rippaverse is the publisher and doesn't have to give up that 40% -Prime members get free shipping, rippaverse customers will likely have to pay another $5-$10 on top of the sales price - Amazon does print on demand, so tiny batches of books, rippaverse has the potential to print 500+ at a time, significantly reducing the print cost per book. - My book is 106 pages longer AND a larger format (more expensive to print) I don't care if he charges this price. That isn't the issue. But he is not the same as a small indie who has no buying power and has no choice but to go through places like amazon

So I never compared it to a comic costing $35, in fact I always reference a price of $20-25 You can push the corporate publisher reasoning all you want, but as an indie. I simply just believe the price is a bit much. Not sure why it has you so bothered or why you need to defend a company to this extent
