So apparently the Dems are thinking of going after Spencer for some bogus 2024 anti-deepfake laws, for just sharing them. But that means that they might go after ME under those laws. Do you understand the level of absolute excitement that a LAW PROFESSOR has about 1st amendment cases like this in general, and now they might be coming after ME for MY OWN FIRST AMENDMENT EXPRESSIONS. OMG, PLEASE, come get some, I would cherish the opportunity to take this all the way to the Supreme Court and help dismantle some of these absurdly naive and short-sighted regulations.
COME AT ME BRO. I LOVED Constitutional Law (I and II) and would have so many colleagues that would be chomping at the bit to jump in on something like this. So if you're going to go after him, you're gonna have to go through me.
