This post yesterday was meant for my friends/followers, it ended up going viral to 4.3m+ people. Lots of ❤️ but also lots about the weights being fake, or being 40lbs each not 80lbs each, or about the angle. I clarify all that. ☮️ &❤️

@RealAShadrach @MBeallX Of course but you want to be loading the front delts when doing seated shoulder press. Not your chest.
I still prefer 75, again for stability which allows me a better control over the movement and range of motion.

@RealAShadrach @MBeallX Of course not, you're not going flat for a shoulder press. But a 75° incline is much better because it gives you a significantly improved stability while potentially loading your front delts better. (depends on who, the leverages, etc).

@RealAShadrach @MBeallX It absolutely is a shoulder press, and no you don't want a 90 degree angle. 75 is much better for stability and front delt rom.
