Day 9 of #carnivore month and its going well. I've lost about a kilo. Experiencing major cravings for fruit, chocolate and pizza. Not missing veg and salads at all. Blood work was on point except for LDLs.

Visited my GP to tell him I’m doing #Carnivore month and to check my metabolic markers now, so can compare to my markers in a month. He’s basically onboard for the month as a test but discouraging of anything longer. Results tomorrow
