🚨HUGE UPDATE: Turns out that Chris, Paige and Deyanna Ostroushko will ALL be facing federal charges for assaulting me.
It was initially reported that only 2 of the 3 would be facing charges, however, Acting AG Todd Blanche, has just announced that ALL THREE were indicted and will be facing charges.
Thank you to the DOJ and FBI for doing everything they can to ensure that justice is fully served in this case.

Today, Christopher, Deyanna, and Paige Ostrouchko were indicted by a grand jury for allegedly assaulting journalist and Turning Point USA contributor Savannah Hernandez, while she was lawfully reporting on anti-ICE protests outside a federal building in St. Paul. Hernandez was allegedly surrounded, physically assaulted, and shoved to the ground — simply because she was identified by the defendants as a conservative journalist. That is NOT “peaceful protest.” These deplorable actions as charged in the indictment will not be tolerated in America, and this Department of Justice will always punish unhinged acts of political violence.

The opinion, written by Justice Samuel Alito, narrows how the Voting Rights Act is interpreted moving forward. Justice Elena Kagan, in a sharp dissent joined by the Court’s other liberal justices, warned that the ruling weakens protections against racial discrimination in voting—arguing it allows states to dilute minority voting power “without legal consequence.” She described the decision as part of a broader trend that has steadily eroded key provisions of the Voting Rights Act since 2013. While the Court did not overturn the law entirely, the ruling could have significant consequences. Louisiana is now likely to lose a Democratic-leaning district, and other states may revisit their own maps amid ongoing redistricting battles.

You will never be a .10 of the man Terry smith is. The guy loves his school! Of course he would wear a Joepa pin! Joe was an amazing coach a better man and helped mold Terry into the man he is today. As for Franklin Terry was the reason for a lot of his recruiting success, and Franklin never gave Terry the flowers he deserved! I know you va tech meatballs think Franklin is without blemish but he’s not. He’s a good coach but has flaws as you will soon learn

This is one of the stupidest DOJ cases in history. Southern Poverty Law Center wasn’t paying the Klan, they were paying informants to who were helping to take down the Klan.
Unless you believe white supremacists all of a sudden took over SPLC, this entire case makes no sense.

The money doesn’t lie. The evidence shows the charity who supposedly fought the Klan - FUNDED the Klan. The charity who supposedly fought Neo-nazis - FUNDED Neo-nazis. The SPLC engaged in a massive fraud operation to deceive their donors, funded the very hate groups they claim to oppose, and then hid their operations from the public through shell companies and fake entities.
