@RealCreatives_ @createdbybrycee @itsjesslaw Are you sure you're looking in the right spot? They moved the Message button to under the bio. It threw me off at first too lol

@naturallyshannn When pricing packages you should always price stack. Making your biggest package almost stupidly to say no too is how you close those bigger deals
English

Yall, I need opinions and suggestions on negotiating rates for retainer packages.
When pricing your retainer packages, are you offering the same discount for each package (for example, 15% discount for your small, medium, and large packages) OR are you upping the discount for each more expensive package (like 15% for small, 20% for medium, 25% for large)?
I'm in negotiations with a brand about a retainer package and I am trying to come up with a fair package rate for each one so I can present them with 3 different options at a discount.
I was pricing them all at 15% discount before, but my husband pointed out that I could price each package at a higher discount so it incentivizes them to want to choose a higher package
Thoughts? How do you price your retainer packages and do you give discounts?

@RealCreatives_ @ElenaEngland_ #4 communicate like a mother fucker is so real and has me rollinggggg 😂
English

When I was charging $50/video, I thought, “There’s NO WAY anyone will pay me $100.”
When I hit $250, I thought “there’s no way anyone will pay me $400.”
At $500? I couldn’t imagine brands paying me $600, $700, $800+ per video.
And yet…
This month, a month I’m technically scaling back, I just booked my final collab, bringing July to $12,000 for 13 videos.
That’s almost $1K. PER. VIDEO.
Your rates don’t scale because you magically become a different creator overnight.
They scale because your experience, positioning, results, relationships, and confidence do.
Who wants a full breakdown of everything I focused on to scale my UGC business to this point?

You got it!
1. Learning marketing, buyer psychology, and really what makes people buy.
2. Consistently improving my skills. Better hooks, better on camera presence, better editing, better scripting.
3. Prioritizing clients who value me and letting go those who don’t.
4. Communicate like a mother fucker. Nobody is EVER wondering what is going on when working with me.
5. Following up with past clients, offering new ideas, positioning myself more as a partner over “just another creator”
6. Personal branding. Being consistent, positioning myself as an expert, posting content that attracts.

@beingbriley Interestingly when I reviewed portfolios I spend less than a minute and watch the first few seconds of 1-3 videos. I don’t care about template, I care the videos work when I press play and I prefer they don’t autoplay all at once.

@lindawolfeugc @ugc_sarahd Totally but same goes with college. No guarantees you’ll be successful. People have to understand a lot before investing and there are definitely some shitty courses out there.
English

I have no issue with people making courses and charging people 5 grand - good for them. No shade at all. I did almost choke when I heard some are offering financing. You’re selling people a dream and making people believe they are going to be making bank, but not everyone is going to be successful. Most are not. Courses can help people jumpstart but no one NEEDS to buy a course. All the info is freely available. Just my 2 cents.
English

I’m almost hesitant to post this because it still doesn’t feel real.
If everything comes together, this will be our biggest UGC deal yet…
$2,000 for one video!!! 😱
Just a reminder that growth usually happens one project at a time and consistency pays off. Really grateful for every brand that’s trusted us along the way. ❤️
