While the law has not yet been finalized, members of Congress are supposed to wait in standard lines due to DHS policy, and the Senate has unanimously voted to make that requirement permanent. So apparently, they are still using their privilege.

DHS implemented this emergency measure to conserve resources and manpower during the ongoing partial government shutdown, ensuring that available TSA staff can prioritize screening the general public.
