La @ANACargentina, con firma de su Administrador @oscar_villabona, publicó hoy las resoluciones 311/26, 312/26 y 313/26 que liberan restricciones para aeronaves, drones y trabajo aéreo. Se terminó el piso rígido de 500 ft en zonas poco pobladas y aguas abiertas. Esto libera la operación real de bush flying, STOL e hidroaviones sin necesidad de pedir permiso caso por caso. También se limpiaron restricciones para las aeronaves deportivas livianas (LSA). Los drones dejan atrás prohibiciones absurdas sobre rutas, parques, operación nocturna y desde vehículos en zonas rurales. Esto implica menos trabas para producir, filmar, medir, controlar campos y trabajar. Finalmente, se habilita el trabajo aéreo agrícola en terrenos propios sin necesidad de tener una estructura de explotador comercial. Para operaciones comerciales, se adaptó la normativa tras la eliminación de requisitos y habilitaciones innecesarias, dejando en manos del explotador la designación de pilotos con los conocimientos y la pericia correspondiente para la actividad. I’m obsessed with two opposite ends of compute scaling. The 1-step extreme: Can we compress an iterative algorithm into a single forward pass? The ∞-step extreme: Can a finite-capacity model solve harder problems by iterative refinement? Our new paper, Equilibrium Reasoners (EqR), is about the latter. What I love about this work is that it forced us to 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐡/𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. At the core, it's about 𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. In EqR, we train the latent landscape to align with implicit task metrics. Correct solutions become neural attractors. Then inference is no longer just “more steps.” It is a solver descending the model’s own landscape. Easy samples fall into the right basin in a few steps. Hard samples get more steps, more restarts, more exploration. We’re able to unlock over 40,000-layer unfolded computation, achieving extremely deep neural networks with 99.8% accuracy on 400k eval cases. No task prior. No external verifier. Just the model’s own dynamics. To me, this is the beautiful part: Scalable inference compute emerges naturally as a byproduct of neural attractors.
