@nelmagene2010 @atrupar What you’ve chosen to call “peer reviewed research” fails the basic test. Here’s a hint for you: how many people do you think have each of these medications in their homes?

Ron Johnson: "In 56 years of tracking Tylenol, there have been 39,540 death reported to FAIRS. That's 706 per year. For ivermectin -- remember the one that they said was so dangerous? -- in 29 years reporting, 493 deaths, 17 a year."

@OckhamMan @atrupar There was also an anomalous situation involving Tylenol BRAND Acetaminophen-based pain reliever in the 1980s, but it didn't cause tens of deaths, I don't believe. Also, how much Ivermectin is consumed by humans?

@atrupar Tylenol is consumed 100 times more often than Ivermectin in the US. That means that on a usage basis, Ivermectin results in three times as many deaths as Tylenol. I have no dog in this fight, but your deceptive use of statistics is shameful.

@BulwarkOnline If this is what Pam Bondi believes, then she should resign immediately. She was wrong to run to be my state's AG in 2010; she was wrong to run for re-election in 2014; she was wrong to accept Trump's nomination for U.S. AG. No AG should be anti-Constitution like Bondi is.

@tbierly @BulwarkOnline It was one of your guys that did it. She's trying to protect the narrative. This ain't gonna hold up, because the exmos are going to bring the truth to light. It's already known, but the administration is trying to obscure the reality.

We as conservatives need to be careful about going overboard on this. We need to have a working definition of what constitutes protected speech vs incitement or other unprotected speech. We should NOT fall into this vague "hate speech" trap, which the left will use against us, and we know they call everything hate speech.

@planterspunch7 @Acyn It's like if the Reichstag fire was done by an outside group with no connection to the Reich, and the Reich deliberately screwed up the investigation without knowing that there are many people on the scene with no agenda, who are going to figure this out.

@planterspunch7 @Acyn T belonged to the Fuentes faction apparently, and Kirk wasn't racist enough for them. All these indicia are evidently 4chan memes, and officials are pretending they aren't. But the exmos are going to find this stuff out.

Watters: These people are incapable of turning the temperature down. So it's our responsibility to do it for them for the safety of the country and for their own safety.  Their heinous movement should be politically destroyed, systematically dismantled. Their financial backing should be bankrupted, their media sponsors defeated in the marketplace, their candidates beaten at the ballot box.  And their acolytes in academia, behind the pulpit, in city councils and corporate America will be spotlighted and given one chance to confess and apologize. If they don't, thrown out of polite society. We cannot live with people and work with people like this. They can't teach our children, they can't be trusted with power and positions of authority.

@wanyeburkett This is why I support the 10 strike rule. Since the people who don’t stop at 3 don’t stop at 10, or 100, it gets a similar benefit. And it’s intuitively fair. Three strikes can feel a bit harsh but 10 is clearly “more than enough” chances

This objection has never landed for me. Imagine that you’ve got 2 strikes. No, really, imagine it. You’ve twice been convicted of a serious crime in a world where 3-strikes laws exist. And then you…steal a video tape. Yeah, definitely lock that guy up. That’s a guy who just literally can’t help himself.
Yuan Yi Zhu@yuanyi_z

A big reason why 3-strike laws lost out was because there were many cases of people being tipped over the line for e.g. stealing a VHS tape, things that only were violent in a technical sense. But I haven't seen an argument for why a bigger number wouldn't solve this.

@GScottShand @wanyeburkett Not his real point, which is that he thinks arbitrary arrest and imprisonment, are good things, and things like this open opportunities for selective enforcement. Imagine the effect this would have on police if they were prosecuted for perjury.

For the second time in two weeks, a Supreme Court justice is using her opinion to scold Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson for not understanding what she is talking about. Twist: This time, it's progressive Justice SONIA SOTOMAYOR doing it, patiently explaining that the Court can't declare an order of President Trump's to be unconstitutional if the order does not actually exist yet. Imagine how much of a drag it must be to have the DEI justice embarrassing your side.
