Not saying Milei is a perfect libertarian — just pointing out the difference between dismantling state power and expanding it under the guise of patriotism.

When we talk about 5% plus growth rates being easy with a bit of deregulation… we’re not joking. Most libertarians don’t even understand the impact regulations (aka central planning) has on the economy. Industrial era growth rates on top of our existing tech is possible.

If only there was some way we could figure this out. I mean, it's not like there's some general law of economics at play here!

@JackRabbitt777 @run_guns There'll be no inflation if the loan came from savings as you are foregoing present consumption for a greater future consumption. The loan will be paid back by an increase in the income (and wealth) of the one who took the loan - presumably for investment purposes etc.

@run_guns I am not good at math, but I feel as long as their is any interest at all, there will be inflation.
