@dre_154 Mods didnt exist back than until a lot later when pcs were able to steal the source code and start tampering with it. Earliest I can remember was the wii and it had to be hacked. It's not stupid

@Luckyjene @psychoace747 It isn't my game lmfao thats valve game. Dota was a mod, just like dota 2 has an arcade mode where you can mod game modes. Now if you talking about scripts than to cheat like this mod did than we are now on the same topic level. It's different when its an advantage.

@dre_154 Doesn't matter really but using a mod for an online mode kinda petty and shitty of a person cause thats having an advantage which technically a cheat. It isn't a big deal but shouldn't be using it anyways back than x360 days it was called getting good.

@RealKrisco813 Your console gets banned when the mods interact with Nintendo Online, which is the *service* you would be violating the EULA of. 2's hardware EULA is territory no court has touched yet, but would be struck down if challenged. Just like their Pokemon patents just were.

@InternetDog_ Please go do your research my guy. Mods or cheats is 100% going to ban your console. It's in the EULA for a reason and it would hold in court due to tempering with the consoles original format.

@RealKrisco813 Just because something is in a EULA doesn't mean it holds up in court. Especially when it comes to anti-comsumer practices. Physical hardware is new territory and Nintendo is trying to see what they can get away with. Online/digital is 100% theirs tho since it's a service.
