LA County’s homeless policy is to simply subsidize rather than end homelessness.
As a result you pay a billion dollars a year to give free apartments and free needles to people who aren’t even from California.

@ADeermount Well that's actually the truth. Storage units are freaking great deal. For $150 a month you can rent a storage unit as a result there's 200-300 square feet of finished home you don't need to own or rent, maintain, heat, cool, pay taxes on or insure.

Spent the last 3 days in Disney. Our 15 month old son had an absolute blast. Got to meet his hero, Buzz Lightyear.
My BIL works at Disney, so our tix were comped. But, we had to buy an extra ticket and it was $560 (3 day park hopper)...
Every hotel is packed, every ride is packed every restaurant is packed...

I'm not exaggerating when I say Nat Park feels like its 50% Asian visitors, 25% boomer retirees. Maybe 10% families w kids.
