Apparently, the original bills on the books didn't account for the types of immigration issues we have right now at the scale we have them. And we have the entire Democrat party bending laws we do have to pay for migrant votes

This is a NO BRAINER! But of course, 186 Democrats voted AGAINST this.

No apology needed nor wanted. The executive leadership provided the direction and hiring. There is no reason except for nostalgia to purchase or engage with WOTC. What was will never be again and hasn't been for a long time.
You can't keep resurrecting the circle of chikdhood favorite IPs to regain revenue disguised as 'Oh well we do care about the games, histories, legacy, etc. now! It was the other guys who didn't!"

From the Luke Gygax Press Event at Gary Con (link to video in the first reply.) Luke says that the new head of D&D apologized to him twice for how his family was treated by WOTC. He got emotional while saying that he can't believe he's going to get to contribute to new official Greyhawk supplements, and that the name "Gygax," "Greyhawk," and "Dungeons & Dragons" will once again be combined in an official capacity, something that he previously thought would never happen again. When asked what he could share about what he is looking forward to bringing to the new Greyhawk products: "I love 5E for expanding the customer base, but this new fangled Dungeons & Dragons is too easy!" Wants to write alternate rules that will make Greyhawk more "Gygaxian." Wants to feature his childhood character Melf the "right way," since he was never happy with how he has been portrayed as both a character and in art. He even hated the original LJN toy, since it was originally a completely different character (Peralay from Quest for the Heartstone), and looks nothing like his own character (Melf doesn't have blond hair.) Wants adventures to be dangerous, not cakewalks, and for characters to not feel like they should be walking around in tights and a cape (superheroes.) Wants the game to incorporate more problem solving. If there is a movie he'd like David Harbour to play his dad and then when someone asked who would play him he joked "the guy who played Reacher, or uh, John Cena, yeah those guys are probably the closest," lol. I do think that Luke is a genuinely kind and good guy, and believes that this is the very best thing he can do to honor his dad's legacy, keep the family name in the ongoing pop culture consciousness, and do justice to the setting he grew up with. And for that I'm happy for him and hope that he is pleased with the results.

We would like to address questions regarding the use of AI in Crimson Desert.
During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. These assets helped us rapidly explore tone and atmosphere in the earlier phases of production. However, our intention has always been for any such assets to be replaced, following final work and review by our art and development teams, with work that aligned with our quality standards and creative direction.
Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it.
We also acknowledge that we should have clearly disclosed our use of AI. While these tools were primarily used during early production, with the expectation that these assets would be replaced prior to release, we recognize that this does not excuse the lack of transparency.
We sincerely apologize for these oversights.
We are currently conducting a comprehensive audit of all in-game assets and are taking steps to replace any affected content. Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches. In parallel, we are reviewing and strengthening our internal processes to ensure greater transparency and consistency in how we communicate with players moving forward.

Neither hit the base, but the message landed harder than any warhead could. Tehran has always publicly claimed its missile range tops out at 2,000 km. This strike attempt doubles that number overnight.
