@WhiteHouse Large institutional investors only own about 2% of single family homes nationally.
This is just a big nothingburger. It's meant to make it look as though Trump is addressing affordability.
BREAKING: President Trump announces steps to ban large institutional investors from buying single-family homes.
"People live in homes, not corporations." - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸
@elonmusk It’s because it was the Magats trashing you, and liberals bought your cars anyway. Now liberals are trashing you, but conservatives don’t want electric cars cause they’re trash. So you lost both sides now. Idgit
Then YOU may as well call the American Majority ALL Dictator Supporters then..
Why?
Because 'We' the MAJORITY Elected DJT to do EXACTLY what he is doing NOW💡
When You have an American Uni-Party Congress & Federal Judges Full of Corrupt 'MILLIONAIRES' that oppose the Elected POTUS that is ELIMINATING a Leviathan of decades old govt CORRUPTION and FRAUD, that in turn are OPPOSING the 'will' of the PEOPLE that Elected DJT to do EXACTLY what he is doing now, Then you don't have a Congress or legitimate Judicial branch, instead you have a well oiled Criminal Syndicate. ⚡
Consistent with President @realDonaldTrump’s instructions, all federal employees will shortly receive an email requesting to understand what they got done last week.
Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation.
@LibertyCappy@AnthonyMackie is a jackass that doesn’t represent what America is. Maybe next time he’ll think twice before going woke. You’ll never be Chris Evans. Put down the shield.
@Ryan915S@LaurieMc44@EndWokeness That being only one example that wouldn’t hold up across the board, but it boils down to having to pay higher wages and costs of employer paid benefits to US workers.
@RealMorHavok@LaurieMc44@EndWokeness I understand but ultimately it also hurts the foreign companies. They lose sales because of the increased prices.
And keeping the money in country helps the US economy more and results in more jobs/higher wages.
@Ryan915S@LaurieMc44@EndWokeness@Ryan915S I can see what you mean now. I thought the same thing, but if you think about it, we’re still going to buy foreign goods more than US. For example: and Hoodie made in China costs $30, and one made in the US costs $55. China will still be less with the tariff.
@LaurieMc44@EndWokeness US customers pay more either way.
You know who doesn’t get paid more? The foreign companies. They either increase prices to cover the tariff (and lose customers and then profit) or charge less (and lose profit). Either way they lose.
