All manosphere influencers seem to think they have worked out masculinity from first principles, free of social norms. But if you transplanted them to the last century, people would have assumed they were bizarrely vain. You didn't see DI Burnside on The Bill going to a gym unless it was to arrest the proprietor.

Not a huge fan of Nigel Farage, but the Guardian seems to be waging a ludicrous campaign to banish him from polite society. Does anyone really care that he was showed around and photographed at Ipswich Town? theguardian.com/football/2026/…

@iamtomskinner Didn't watch Question Time - it makes me angry - but you seem a very decent fella. However, baked beans with cauliflower? That's wrong. Baked beans (like mushy peas) are a vegetable substitute and not a supplement.

Good morning everyone, and happy Friday ❤️ I really enjoyed doing Question Time last night, what an experience. I can see it’s rattled a few of the usual angry lot on here as well… 🤣🤣 What I’ve noticed is the insults ain’t about what I said. It’s the same old stuff. My criminal record, where I went to school… even me Wikipedia page getting changed again. I wish I had a multi millionaire family FYI, then I wouldn’t be working 6 days a week 🤣🤣 Funny how they never add all the good I do in the news and Wikipedia etc. It does make you think, do these people see me as threat to constantly attack me? I’ve made mistakes in my life. I ain’t perfect, never have been. But I’ve owned it, I’ve learned, and I’ve worked every single day to become a better man. And that’s what life is about. I’ve worked hard for everything I’ve got. Nothing has been handed to me. I’m up early pushing every day and I’m looking forward to a pint in the pub once I finish today. But what matters to me the most ain’t the lies online spread about me, it’s real life. I’ve got 14 unbelievable, loyal, hardworking staff, some who’ve been with me since I was 18 years old. This lot have believed in me, and I’ll always back them. I’ve got a loving, happy home. I’ve got a beautiful, kind, caring wife who is the most amazing mum to our children and watching her now she’s 7 months pregnant with our fourth, makes me proud every single day. And my kids… they’re my world. They’re the reason I keep going, no matter what. Because I know what it feels like to have nothing. I’ve been at rock bottom. Sleeping on a pull-out bed on the floor in my mum’s house. No money. No work. Because of my criminal records. I felt lost and like giving up. But I never did. I got my head down. I believed in myself and I built something out of nothing. That’s why I try to spread positivity. That’s why I visit schools, speak to young people, do the Sunday walks, because I want people to know that your past does not define your future. So when the negativity comes online with all the lies and constant digs….. it don’t break me. Because I know who I am. I’m someone who believes in hard work. I’m someone who believes in family. I’m someone who believes in owning your mistakes and becoming better. And I’m someone who believes in this country and its people. We’ve got the greatest country in the world. And I’ll keep going for my family, for my team, and for every single person out there trying to do the right thing. We don’t go home until we’re proud. Have a fantastic Friday. Let’s go and smash it. I love you all ❤️ Bosh❤️

No Jew in the UK has set fire to anything belonging to a Muslim person. No Jew has stabbed a Muslim person in the street. Yet Jews are murdered, their ambulances burning and there are marches against Jews regularly which the government do nothing about. There are actual Jew Hunts under cover of banning Israeli hummus. There are exhibitions showing Jews eating babies. There is at the same time terrifying “guidance” from government to make citizens stop criticising Islam in any way. It’s twisted. Evil.

I recently asked Jewish students at a leading UK university if they saw a future for themselves here. Not one said yes. Today Hatzolah ambulances, whose sole purpose is to save life - ANY life - are burned in London. A country where Jews no longer feel they have a future is already in crisis.

@Baddiel These atrocities are terrible, but at the very least they they provide clarity. Anyone who responds to them by using the phrase "false flag" is an antisemitic imbecile, and I can immediately press "block".

Wondering if the hearts of those frustrated by small acts of petty symbolism, by the feeling that smashed windows and graffiti on bakeries are simply not enough, are cheered by the upgrade to burning ambulances this morning.

@JeanHatchet @matthew51691936 @KentPoliceThan I came across these puerile pictures today and genuinely thought they must have been made by some talentless, naive, attention-seeking undergrad. But Collings is apparently a 70-year old art critic who replaced the fastidious Brian Sewell on the Evening Standard.

What do you have to say for yourself @matthew51691936 ? I hope Zoe reports you to the police. Harassing Jews through your “art” is one thing. Leading the bullying of a Jewish woman at your exhibition is quite another. I hope @KentPoliceThan come and sort you out.

In Margate. My cheeks are red. I am shaking. I popped into an exhibition that turned out to be the insane fever dream of an artist called Matthew Collins: ‘Drawings Against Genocide.’ The exhibition is described as ‘drawings… raising consciousness about hell…. Israel is the pure encapsulation of it. Zionism is this terror state’s ruling ideology.’ Shocked by the use of Nazi imagery - the room is full of the Star of David pasted around figures meant to be Israelis and the Jewish ‘lobby’ spewing blood, to say nothing of blonde yummy mummies wearing ‘globalise the intifada’ shirts, I spoke to the artist to share my reaction as a Jewish person. He was instantly aggressive. As soon as I started to say I was shocked and threatened by what I was seeing because it was Nazi imagery, the artist started yelling at me that I didn’t mean anything I was saying. Anytime I tried to speak (calmly) he said: ‘you don’t mean any of what you said, you’re just repeating ‘hasbarah talking points’ because ‘you’re defending a genocide’. On and on he yelled, in my face. I said: ‘if I was a Black person…’ but couldn’t finish the sentence because: ‘you’re not are you?’ On the Nazi ideology point he said: ‘yeah. Why do you think it’s there. Israel are the Nazis’. His breath was disgusting. The crowd began booing and closing in around me, making to shoe me out. I said: ‘fine, get the Jew out’ and he yelled more across the room at me, ‘repeatedly jeering ‘call the police, go ahead, call the police’. I said I would, and the community security trust, which features as a devil in his exhibition. This was met with even more jeering. ‘Yeah, call the CST’ was the last I heard before leaving. Someone snapped pictures of me while I was being shouted at. Short video shows the artist. The longer video, of our final almost surreally disgusting exchange, didn’t record.

@pureMetatron Whatever one thinks of Trump and the things he has done, there's good reason to be dismayed by the degradation of dignity and decorum during his presidency. Vulgarity and coarseness in public life still have consequences.

I'm gonna die on this hill. Charlie Kirk dies, people laugh and dance. Rob Reiner dies, people laugh and dance. Now Robert Muller died, Trump says he is glad he is dead. Trump will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Biden will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Can we make it a thing where it's just morally wrong to celebrate death? It's inappropriate, petty, vindictive and morally out of place. We need to be better than this as a nation and a people.

Alas, we have learned that while Ronnie is still capable of mesmerising brilliance, he no longer has the stamina. Two centuries in one match, a 153 break: but can he still endure a full tournament? I'm praying for a career-defining eighth victory at the Crucible, but it seems unlikely.

@philhaigh_ Truly extraordinary performance by Thepchaiya Un-Nooh. With all the different winners and with all the unexpected surges of inspiration, I don't think snooker has had a better year, but I guess the final judgement will depend on what happens at the Crucible.

Thepchaiya Un-Nooh beats Ronnie O'Sullivan 10-7 in an insane World Open final. 4-0 down, wins six on the spin, then falls back behind, knocks in three centuries to win it, including a 147. Wild, wild snooker. metro.co.uk/2026/03/22/ron…

@RespottedYellow @WeAreWST Maybe... The Saudi tournament certainly generated ranking points though. If it didn't, Ronnie would have been out of the top 16 and Robertson would not be at the top of the one-year list.
