Gun guy here.. to be clear, I don't support Chud.. but the facts are youre asking that question and not getting that AI needs the exact details... the correct way to ask it would be if someone is on top of you punching you repeatedly and then tries to go for the gun that you have legally on your person, is a shooting justified. It comes down to most states' views on what constitutes an escalation to a deadly threat. In most states, if you are on top of someone wrestling with them for their gun, a judge or jury could see that as potentially life-threatening to you or others.

Yes, you can if someone is attacking you and you are in fear for your life... You certainly can defend yourself. What you can't do is shoot someone in their back.. If they are actively trying to run away, even if they are carrying your stuff that they just stole.. that would not be a justified shooting. However, if they are still aggressive towards you, you can shoot them. Depending on the state laws,changes some details.

Yea but there is a lot of solos that want to PvP lol I know because they shoot me all the time in my back or when I’m peacefully raiding something. I only PvP in squads or solos that’s why I hate that your karma isn’t specific to solos duos or trios. Cause it’s wild when I go back to solos from a night with friends

The only difference is now people have a place to write down bitching for everyone to see. I would be 60-70% of the main ones you see crying about George Floyd or Charlie Kirk jokes didn’t watch it. They are just joining the outrage train on socials. The size of the live audience alone at harts roast tells you that roast have a massive audience and massive fanbase.
