Can't find the time to workout? Try micro-workouts. 20 pushups every hour. 20 air squats before you sit. A pull-up every time you pass the bar. Walk up stairs or choose farthest parking space. Be resourceful. Working out doesn't always have to be in a gym.

Funny how they never attack my policy ideas. They can only try to assassinate your character.
