Your dog doesn’t actually know its name❗️❗️❗️ I know you believe dogs understand their names the same way humans do. In reality, dogs process names very differently. A dog’s name is not an identity label to them. It is a sound that predicts something important like attention, food, play, or correction. Dogs learn through association, not language. When you say a dog’s name and immediately follow it with eye contact, food, affection, or commands, the sound becomes meaningful. To your dog: •“Max” = something is about to happen •Not = this is who I am Can dogs learn multiple names? Yes. Dogs can learn: •Their name •Nicknames •Names of objects or people But again, this is through repeated association, not understanding language the way humans do. You’re welcome😎

Don't store decimals in your database. EVER! Store numbers in the smallest units, ₦1,574.89 should be stored as an integer – 157489 (kobo value).
