NEWS: East Grand Rapids restaurant, Carolina Low Country, asked two patrons to leave after staff believed the females to be underage and their IDs to be fake. The customers became immediately aggressive and filmed the altercation, which the restaurant has since made a statement about. Local news later confirmed the customers were in fact 22.

@adamstatonsmith Do not buy it. Do not share a septic system or any other system. You will regret it the day the systems require maintenance or fail. Nothing else matters. This isn’t legal where I live in Michigan for obvious reasons.

It's got some baggage...
Its a 2022 built home on acerage. sellers got divorced, and he subdivied the lot and built a small 3/2 and is living there now. She's selling the larger house.
It would share the well and septic on the main lot that we'd own. I dont love it, but don't like it either.
Talk me into or out of this. Anyone have experience here?

This week we learned that a month ago @GovWhitmer went down to FL to see her “ailing Dad” for a few days. This is my Dad today. He is in a care facility in MI. I can only spend 30 minutes with him behind a mask and face shield in a conference room. He is fully vaccinated.

I was on the plane! Seated. Seat belt on and ready to go when they announced that it was cancelled and everyone needed to go to the AA desk to rebook. It was a mad dash but they did it all behind the scenes and I got text messages with the rebooked flight info. I was fortunate as I got a flight the next morning. Some didn’t go out until two days later.

We made the unfortunate mistake of flying RT to FL on AA recently. Delayed 24 hours returning home because of “mechanical issues,” for which we were at least comped a hotel room for the night.
Hotel shuttle driver said they see AA vouchers every day at that hotel.
Never again.
