Sexism is sexism even when it is women discriminating against boys or men on sex alone. Where exactly is YOUR REASONING ?

Biological sex is binary, immutable, and determined at conception by chromosomes and gametes (small/sperm = male; large/ova = female). Every single cell in your body carries that information. No amount of hormones, surgery, makeup, or self-identification changes it. Ever. Claiming otherwise is a profound disconnect from material reality—clinically described as gender dysphoria, still classified in the DSM-5 as a mental disorder involving distress from the mismatch between mind and body. We treat other body delusions with therapy and reality-testing, not affirmation and surgery: • Anorexics aren’t handed diet pills and liposuction. • Schizophrenics hearing voices aren’t told the voices are real. Why the special carve-out here? Because a tiny but extremely loud activist lobby (plus captured institutions) turned a mental health condition into a sacred civil right that demands everyone else rewrite language, biology, and safety standards. One Nation (and Pauline Hanson) are simply saying: No. Women’s sports, women’s spaces, and women’s rights are for actual women—adult human females. Males who feel like women can have compassion, mental health support, and their own categories if needed. But they do not get to colonize female-only ones. That’s not “hate.” That’s pattern recognition, evidence, and basic safeguarding. Pretending otherwise doesn’t make dysphoric males into females—it just harms women, confuses kids, and erodes trust in institutions. Reality doesn’t care about your feelings. It never has.

Liberal Senator Andrew Bragg’s silence on the Giggle v Tickle court decision is deafening. While women’s-only spaces are under attack from transgender ideology, he’s said nothing. Whether it’s protecting women’s spaces or children from gender surgery, Senator Bragg and his fellow party members have always taken the side of radical trans ideology. This kind of weakness in the Liberal party is why they never fixed the law in their 9 years in government. The Liberal party didn’t fix it then, and they can’t be trusted to fix it now. One Nation will again move legislation to amend the Sexual Discrimination Act and ensure women can enjoy safe spaces and sports that exclude biological men.

The Federal Court has upheld the original decision in Giggle v Tickle and has also increased damages to trans-activist Roxanne Tickle. In my opinion, we now have a court in Australia that has decided that biological reality is optional, and that every Australian woman's privacy and right to exclude biological men from female spaces, doesn't matter. This is an assault on the safety and dignity of all women and girls. You may be able to take hormones, change your clothes and your name, however you cannot change your DNA. Backward step for women’s rights in Australia   15 May 2026   One Nation will again attempt to protect women-only spaces from transgender ideology by moving amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act to reflect biological definitions of men and women following the Federal Court’s decision against Sall Grover in the Giggle v Tickle appeal.   Party leader Senator Pauline Hanson said the decision had stripped hard-fought women’s rights in Australia.   “I’m disgusted with this outcome,” Senator Hanson said. “It flies in the face of biological reality and strips rights from women.   “Women-only spaces are no longer protected and are no longer safe from transgender extremism. Where are the feminists who are happy to invoke women’s rights when it’s convenient but are conspicuously silent when transgender extremism stomps all over them with man-sized boots?   “Where are we going as a society when our courts won’t protect Australian women and can’t recognise there are only two genders: male and female?   “I condemn this appalling decision and I commend Sall Grover for refusing to give up the fight on behalf of Australian women everywhere. I hope she takes this to the High Court and I wish her every success in doing so.”   Senator Hanson said One Nation was the only party that had tried to amend the SDA and reverse changes made under the Gillard Labor Government that inserted identity politics and removed biological definitions of men and women.   One Nation attempted to move an amendment in September 2024, but in a rare case the Senate denied its introduction and denied Senator Hanson’s right to speak in the chamber.   “I will not stop fighting to change the law and support the rights of women to have safe spaces and sports that exclude biological men,” she said.
