@ChintsUnfiltrd What to do if few start taking advantage of it? What do you do during emergency? Like during peak busy schedule? Suppose you couldn't alot one member a leave but then he she brings the argument of some other member being alloted a leave few days back when there wasn't much work?

The best leadership hack? Stop acting like a manager. Whenever a team member asks for leave, I don't ask why. I just approve it. No questions. No explanation needed. I don't chase them on Slack every hour asking "is it done yet?" I give them full ownership and trust them to deliver. And you know what? They always do. Trust isn't a reward you give after someone proves themselves. It's the foundation that makes them want to. That's how you win a team and become a leader they'd never want to let down.

I made my first ₹25,000 in SaaS revenue yesterday! No fancy product. No AI hype Just one B2B tool solving a real, painful problem in an offline Indian market. I've wanted this since my second year of college.. years of building things nobody paid for. Yesterday it stopped being a dream and became a reality.. It's not like I have not made money before, but this first 25k will always hold a special place in my heart!
