Yes, there's a lot of anwarranted hate going on in our days and it's not just for this game. That's true. Having said that i believe that a new Vault Hunter and a few good loot items still don't warrant the 30$ price tag. Especially considering that almost everything in this dlc feels rehashed. From characters to side activities to the overall aesthetic. Even the main campaign story felt very similar to Love n Tendacles. Which is rather sad when you realize that there's only one more story dlc that's been planned for the future. At least in previous games(besides TPS) we had 4 of those. I don't see many ppl talking about this. Borderlands 4 is def not a bad game. On the contrary. It's just that everything feels moderated and overpriced.

I’ve gathered some common pain points from reviews that Gearbox can hopefully improve upon so the next pack lands better: - separate purchases for DLC & Vault Hunter - Longer main quest line - new activities rather than reskins - include an endgame activity - unique gear rewards from side quests Anything else you would add?

@AdamStiebing Amazing creators and pioneers all of them but as someone else posted below "no one creates alone". The Marvel Universe f.e. (since you mentioned Stan Lee) would not be what it is without the likes of Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby(among others).

@Mandaloe2 @EXEcutionare @lofi_lover0930 Even the worst performing Cod and Battlefield are household names. You don't go against them especially with a new-ish IP that's trying to get on it's feet. I don't claim to know how these corporations operate and think it's that it seems wierd to me. I may be wrong.

Saying "they should've launched it with no competition" is an equally baffling perspective tbh It was put against the worst performing CoD ever and the most uncharitably reviewed Battlefield

Until today I am so fucking baffled how Call of Duty and Battlefield are more popular than Titanfall Titanfall is BETTER than both and does way more than both so I'm genuinely confused how it flopped

@lofi_lover0930 Because EA's stupid ass launched right in between Battlefield 1 & Activision's Infinite Warfare, and it got overlooked because of these two juggernauts.

There's fun and jokes, there's valid critisism and then there's just engagement farming. This guy def fits the last category. Best way to deal with these "content creators" is to just block their so-called "content", ignore them and move on. Which is what i did in his case. The more you're bothering yourselves with them the more you're giving them what they want.

Probably yes. The reality is that while the cartoon made the characters familiar to the public with their more humanized features, the G1 toy designs (combined with their limited articulation) made them look and feel more "robotic" and alien. Two different mediums honestly and both worked perfectly as they were.

It's mostly because of this 2.0 nonsense. Funny thing: Bethesda already declared there will not be a Starfield 2.0. What's even more funny though is that Cyberpunk 2077 didn't actually have a 2.0 either😉 Also most people who use Cyberpunk 2077 to trash talk Starfield don't care about either game. They're just following social media trends. Conclusion: i wouldn't care about this whole discourse, it's mostly just noise.

Talk about Starfield without comparing it to Cyberpunk 2077 challenge. Impossible.
