@TfL Well, it turned into a 533, but having reached the riverside, everyone has been kicked off- no explanation, no apology, no ‘there’s another bus behind’ So a bunch of us are trudging up Lonsdale to home- luggage, a pram and children. All the things a bus is supposed to help with.

@tfl we now have two 533s neither with a driver. They’ve been sitting for 14 minutes. A third ‘out of service’ bus has pulled in and a driver is coming over. The 87 people waiting are starting to feel hopeful
