@Dasmelo_@Footysm Thanks for correcting my spelling, and let me make one thing clear: I’m not denying Liverpool’s domestic and international success.
But that still doesn’t give anyone the right to downplay Arsenal’s achievements this season.
@RedLondonFooty@Footysm Lol bro try to spell correctly okay ``Reigning '' and then let me tell you something Liverpool has the highest title in the premier league and across Europe, in Europe after Real Madrid Liverpool are second just in case you don't know let me spill it to you dummy
🚨[🟢] NEW: Arsenal’s Premier League title lift recorded the highest live viewership for a title celebration in the last two decades 😳
Today’s celebrations peaked at 7.3 million live viewers, compared to Liverpool’s 3 million viewers during their title lift last season.
@Footysm Who has more trophy between Liverpool and Arsenal???? Always trying to bring up nonsense facts , Liverpool still remains the king and nobody comes close
On May 23rd, we gathered to honor the memory of Seth Sendashonga, organised by Institut Seth Sendashonga Pour La Citoyenneté Démocratique (ISCD) 28 years after his assassination. It was a time of reflecting on the Rwanda we want to build after decades of fear, repression, and political violence.
“Ishusho y’u Rwanda twifuza nyuma y’ubutegetsi bwa #FPR. Uruhare rwa buri wese.”
This was not just a conference. It was a call for truth, justice, courage, and responsibility.
While serving as Minister of Local Government in Rwanda after the 1994 genocide, Seth Sendashonga courageously denounced the killing of innocent civilians by RPF soldiers.
At a time when fear and silence dominated political life, he chose to speak directly to Paul Kagame about the crimes being committed against innocent people. It was a rare and heroic act of integrity and courage.
After resigning from the government and fleeing to #Kenya due to growing political persecution and insecurity, Seth Sendashonga was assassinated in Nairobi on May 16, 1998. Years later, Paul Kagame publicly declared that Sendashonga had crossed a “red line” and stated that he was “not apologetic” about his death. His so-called “crime” was refusing to remain silent in the face of injustice.
Today, as a new generation of Rwandans, we refuse to inherit fear. We refuse dictatorship, division, exclusion, and the culture of silence imposed on our people. We stand firmly for a Rwanda built on democracy, freedom, human dignity, accountability, reconciliation, and equal rights for every citizen.
The struggle Seth Sendashonga fought for did not end with his assassination. It lives on through every young person who dares to speak the truth, defend justice, and dream of a free Rwanda without segregation or political persecution.
Special thanks to all panelists and contributors whose voices enriched this important discussion: Alfred Antoine Uzabakiriho, Denise Zaneza, Nadine Kasinge, Achille Kamana, Paul Rusesabagina, Hidebrand Kayibanda,
Dr Théogène Rudasingwa, and Théodore Mpatswenumugabo.
Your courage, commitment, and wisdom continue to inspire those who believe that better #Rwanda is possible.
Truth cannot be silenced forever. Justice cannot be buried forever.
Rwanda belongs to all Rwandans.
RWANDA AND UGANDA ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT
In @Rwanda, if you criticize General Paul @Kagame, you are imprisoned, exiled or even dead. In @Uganda, General @KagutaMuseveni defends himself. See Museveni’s public response to the declaration that he is “senile.”x.com/kagutamuseveni…
@africans816671 You’re misleading both yourself and your followers. Rwandans don’t believe in false narratives. The quality of life in Rwanda is better than in Congo if you disagree, visit Kigali and compare it with Kinshasa. Rwanda is widely recognized as one of the cleanest countries in Africa
Paul Kagame went to Qatar to reportedly push for Félix Tshisekedi to return to the negotiation table. As Congolese forces continue regaining more territory, Kagame is now looking for dialogue before losing strategic mineral deals if the battle turns against him.
Meanwhile, the Congolese government has suspended mineral exports from North and South Kivu. Any minerals leaving those regions will now be considered stolen, and any company caught buying them could face sanctions.
Rwandan soldiers walked from Nyangezi to Bukavu, a 25 km distance. They were tired and exhausted 😩 because there was not enough money for transportation, and they were worried about Congolese drones. When they finally got to Bukavu, they were hit by another drone. One of the Rwandan soldiers said, “What is this? This is not our country; we shouldn’t be here. Our government is making a mistake.” I pray that one day they will see this.
Paul Kagame and his allies are now saying that his father was half Congolese, which apparently makes him Congolese too and eligible for Congolese citizenship. Now they’re even saying he could run for president of Congo in 2028. At this point, dear Rwandans, I honestly feel like Paul Kagame has lost his mind.
@BBadrama@PaulKagame Too late you idiot, how do you mix Rwanda and Congo when are two different countries, tarnishing Rwanda to make end meets we result nothing.
Many tried and failed before you.
To every freedom fighter, human rights activist, journalist, athlete, and every person with a human heart:
Please stand with the people suffering in Eastern #Congo and speak out against the NBA’s partnership with @PaulKagame ’s regime.
While innocent people are being killed, displaced, and terrorized by the @RwandaMoD and #M23 war in the DRC, the @NBA continues business as usual in #Rwanda and helps clean the image of a government accused of fueling violence.
This is not Basketball Africa. This is #sportswashing built on blood and silence.
The NBA cannot preach social justice while ignoring cries from victims and refusing transparency about where this money comes from.
We call on #NBA Commissioner @AdamSilver and the NBA to end this partnership and stop helping normalize suffering and war.
Raise your voice. Share and sign this petition the @amnestyusa petition to the NBA act.amnestyusa.org/page/168248/ac…
Let’s demand accountability.
Dear Congolese, did you know that on 30 June 2010, when Congo was celebrating 50 years of independence, Joseph Kabila, the King of Belgium, and all the Congolese government ministers waited for 3 hours for one person Paul Kagame? That shows how much influence Paul Kagame had over Congo behind the scenes. Can you imagine waiting 3 hours for a foreign president?
We must continue fighting for our country, and our struggle will never stop until Paul Kagame and his regime are removed from interfering in Congo.
