My little brother dialed a wrong number call on his third day at my company. The person on the other end didn't own any property. But instead of hanging up, he played along. He acted interested. He baited my brother into following up three more times. Then he asked for our company info. A week later I got a demand letter for $150,000. When I googled this guy's name, I found over 25 lawsuits. He had turned receiving phone calls into a career. Every person who accidentally called him got sued under Do Not Call laws. Be careful out there if you are making cold calls on a daily basis. There's some predators out there.

@joeybaum13 Sorta... it's great at double checking after I've done the heavy lifting. For example, it's great at making sure the footnotes match the formula (ie "2.2% expected rent growth", but the formula is using 1.5%). It even caught a formula error I made in a big three tier waterfall.
