That said, it looks like your device would work best with a physical SIM, which is evident by the fact that you're able to enjoy the service after inserting the SIM card.

@RedPocketMobile Update: Service is finally working as of 01/14/2026 after the AT&T to Red Pocket transfer. Total downtime: 18 days (12/27/2025 to 01/14/2026). No clear root cause provided.

@RedPocketMobile Totally frustrated. In 2025 it should not be this hard to transfer service between carriers. I was assured my Omri is compatible, yet after moving my number from AT&T to Red Pocket Mobile I have not had access to my phone number for the past 16 hours. @FCC consumer protections need to cover port-out delays like this.

官方表示,由于运营成本持续上升,且免费计划频繁遭到滥用,已经难以为继。为此,FreedomPop特意给予用户30天的过渡期,以便大家有充足的时间做出选择。
FreedomPop为用户提供了两种选择:
1. 升级至付费套餐:最低每月10美元,即可享受无限通话和短信服务。
2. 号码转移至其他运营商:如果不打算继续使用FreedomPop,可以选择将手机号码转移至其他运营商,例如官方推荐的姐妹品牌RedPocket红包卡,号码可以保留。
