@facebook I have tried to raise a Page Admin dispute 3 times now. Each time I have submitted my attestation letter, Photo ID, and business ID, I have yet to receive any response, reply, acknowledgement or query to each submission. A Facebook Support team member sanctioned the content of my attestation letter. This has now been ongoing for 2-3 weeks and your systems do not enable anyone to escalate the matter. Can I please ask for some meaningful assistance? Thank you.

@edfenergy I have not received a response to the letter before action sent yesterday which was issued 2 weeks prior to the end of the 8 week complaint handling procedural period. I hope this doesn't end up going to court!

@edfenergy just replied to an email address for small business and it's been bounced back. How are customers supposed to contact you if you quote the incorrect email address in your own communications? Come to expect nothing else from EDF🙄😮

@UKVolkswagen Thank you for your reply. Regrettably a technician in your Liverpool branch has said "it's not possible to remove an interface and replace it with IS2", which seems an odd explanation and not one I'm completely convinced by.

People like teachers or small craft or home businesses or indeed charity workers that don't want or need to open a business account are hugely inconvenienced by your policy. @SnopakeBrands

Just enjoyed a taster of home-made Yellow Split Pea Dhal topped with a Curry Leaf Tarka and Coconut yoghurt dressing. @karmamobility I am trying to specify approx 10 different wheelchairs from your ranges. I am using your website and cannot tell you how confusing and unhelpful this is. Incorrect images shown on various pages etc. We ended up having to call your office 01527 520 468 today and yesterday and spoke with Yasuca and Maki respectively. Whilst lovely people, it was hugely difficult to understand their accents and for them to grasp our issues.

@sageuk Just been advised that whilst you can upload employee photos to files, these photos are no longer visible when entering their monthly hours which doesn't enable us to treat / deal with staff on a personal level. So yet again, paying more for less, and with increasing numbers of glitches. Suggest using an alternative payroll system provider - Sage is just getting worse and worse.
