Volatility breakout strangle this morning on Agents in my @public account
Bollinger Band squeeze on $SPY/ $QQQ 5m bars. Volume confirmation. ATM 0DTE strangle on entry. Cut the decaying leg when a candle closes outside the band. Let the winner run.
The agent came back and told me exactly what it could and couldn't do - rolling band width calculation, raw volume data, per-leg exit monitoring. Honest and specific, no guessing here.
For strategies with stateful intra-session logic, the answer is the API + MCP.
Agents handles the simple stuff deterministically. The API handles the complex stuff programmatically. Same account and execution layer- traders now have options that can fit their workflows.

Day Trade Idea: $SPX | $SPY Upside: SPX 7430c | SPY 741c Downside: SPX 7370p | SPY 735p VIX 18 key level - For downside continuation, if the trend holds look for resistance at the ribbon or PDC for a move toward the short trigger which is roughly overnight support. If that breaks we can get a move toward the Golden Gate and then midrange, etc. - For upside, there isn’t a ton of room to operate. Recovery of PDC is necessary and then if we break back over the long trigger can test overnight highs.

Smart Meter with $150 max risk and using the variable risk table for sizing on 25k/50k accounts.
$564 profit on the day.
Yes it does mean you have smaller profits per trade, but more importantly, it protects your account from debilitating losses due to oversizing.

Choppy session on gold. While losses are diminished, the wins are smaller due to using a $150 max risk model to prevent overleveraging, especially for smaller accounts.
