once there's not enough money in the E-ZPass account every time you get a $2 toll charge, they tack on another $25. If she went a month without realizing 4 charges a day we're also getting hit with $25, that's $100 a day.
So many people get screwed with this. Then they threaten to take your drivers license if you don't pay it.
If a person did not sign up for an EZpass and instead was charged when they photo the license plate, they would be safe.
You are punished if you have an EZpass account and followed the rules.
