Talked to a dad who had a bunch of busy tasks pop up last minute, and almost derailed him from his fitness and health routine for an entire week. But he said something interesting that stuck with me. He said this: "Everything in life is your fault. The things that you have to do can always get done. The things that pop up out of nowhere don't determine whether or not we workout. They don't determine how many calories or how much protein we eat. I'm the only person that can decide whether or not I stay on track." That's the mentality of someone who is going to make it very, very far in life.

I get asked this all the time…what makes me the Fittest On The Block? Here are the rules I live by that give the undisputed title in my neighborhood. After reading this, I want you to comment if you’re the Fittest or the Fattest on your block. Rule #1 I train for life, not for looks. Rule #2 I maximize my time in the gym. I rarely get a chance to catch my breath in real life…so why rest between sets? Rule #3 I will never weigh or measure a single calorie for as long as I live. I choose to enjoy good quality food. Rule #4 I am the king of the grill and I do not make side dishes. I eat my hamburger with a side of bratwurst. How is this related to fitness? Because you should grill 1000g of protein every Sunday. Rule #5 A & B A: a truly fit dad will never outsource their yard work. Unless it is to your direct children. B: a truly fit dad will always mow, trim and weed shirtless. That’s it. Those are my rules and why I reign supreme as the Fittest On The Block. I’m not the most shredded dude on Insta, X or TikTok. But that doesn’t stop me from being a damn cul-de-snack.

2022—>2024 🎯 It took two years to reach this goal, it wasn’t easy but I finally made it. Everything started with a “mullet” in 2021 and since that day, I’ve been inseparable from @doodles . There have been ups and downs over the years, a brutal market still today for NFTs, but my greatest belief has always been in the art of this project. I strongly believe that doodles will win, beyond web3. This will probably take about a couple more years from this tweet, but the art, the imagination, and the aesthetics of doodles are too strong not to create the next IP that will then last a lifetime. If you don’t get it yet, you are blind. When that day comes, there will only be 9998 OG doodles, web3 or not. You like it or not. Doodles has its own trajectory and I can feel all the people that think that it seems like we are continuously missing opportunities in web3 and that we don’t ride the new waves every time, and I also believe that if you join doodles for this , it’s not the best project . We are not this. I believe that execution and delivery is the hardest part in web3 and can be a threat for short term sentiment . We can still improve a lot, i didn’t like some decisions and loved tons of them , our community is improving day by day , We all have our ideas and conversations have to become more constructive…but again , what doodles is building will most probably go above all of this. we will just be shocked like babies. The doodles wave isn’t a short one and it’s not an easy one to surf. It needs time to form , but when it arrives, it will be extremely powerful. My vision has been crystal clear from the day 1 and tbh my balls of steel . I’ve rotated my entire portfolio in grails during our darkest days months ago.
