@CPATaxTeam Assuming this post is a troll post, I do this, most college is worthless, teaching them and showing the way is the most valuable. Challenging time as a parent to grasp the value Vs alternatives, happy I have 17 more years to see this landscape play out.

We’ll have both kids in college next year. It will be nearly $100k/year. We’re happy to be their supplemental scholarship to better their lives.
I can’t imagine a kid of a FIRE parent knowing mom and dad thought retiring on a $60k of annual expenses was sufficient and now can’t attend a school of their dreams because their parents didn’t want to work in their 40’s.
Life is about legacy and relationships.

@NotA_Bull It’s an investment in a family and depending upon on rates (horrible vs renting now), it can be better. You’re adding a ton of math to stability and family environment, outside of that, it is a bad investment currently.

Buying a primary residence is a liability, not an investment. You’re paying interest, taxes, and maintenance on something that produces zero cash flow.

@jeremyausmus Agreed, but as one of the best players, I had solved the game to today’s solution without solvers and just doing the combinatorics of spots with game theory. It did help a lot close the gap towards myself though.

I really do miss pre-solver poker. Back then, everyone was in the streets trying things with no answer keys. It led to tons of pure exploits and incredibly interesting decisions. You actually had to figure out your opponent in real-time, which created so many distinct, unorthodox playing styles that you just don't see much in the modern game.

This is absolute insanity how much of our money goes to fraud and how quickly a reporter can discover it yet none of our money goes towards finding the fraud. After being exposed, the government still doesn’t help stop it to not waste our tax money, INSANE!

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.
