Paedobaptism makes no sense without paedocommunion. Those who are baptized should receive communion.

@presbycast With the context of the passage this doesn't apply to infants. If you wanted to apply good and necessary consequences, it still doesn't apply because infants don't have the capacity to commit actual sins. Again, a neutral practice.
