Founder-led projects usually outperform projects carried by: - KOLs, WLs, airdrop farming, and X hype (Combined) If a project is popping off & the most visible person is: - the ambassador or KOL - the collab manager - the advisor - the "helper" While the founder is unknown & has 0 presence on X? > Run 🏃 (or at least be careful to hold anything) Because usually those “helpers” are aiming for: - more followers - more engagement - more visibility & attention - more deals with other founders (connections) Then when the hype fades, they move to the next project. And you are left holding the bag while the founder stays invisible ❌ So the rule is: - If the founder isn’t the face, you’re the exit - If the "ambassador" is more known than the founder, you’re the exit liquidity. And when things go wrong, the excuses are always the same: - "I was just helping" - "The founder didn’t listen" - "I had no control" So before you buy in or hold anything ask: - Who is the founder? - What have they built before? - Can they actually lead post-mint/post-launch? - Are they visible enough to push? - Or they "a nobody" will disappear in 3 months with your bags? If the face of the project isn’t the founder, something’s off.

celebrating small and ongoing win: I lost ~20kgs in 3 months. 1st and 2nd pics - this was me almost a year ago maybe more. I was in the worst shape of my life (120+ kgs). Not mentally nor physically at the best place. I felt like I didn't fit in my clothes. I was in a vicious cycle of eating junk, lazing around, and overall not feeling the best. I thought... enough is enough. I was 120kgs and possibly even slightly above at times. I needed to get a hold of myself or else it's gonna be bad. Towards the end of last year I decided to lock in. Started slow dropped 3 kgs between Nov and Dec 2025. But to me it wasn't enough. I needed to do more. 2026 rolled in and I decided to go all in or go home. Just stuck to the basics - caloric deficit but eat clean. - gym 4-5x a week with cardio to begin and end the session. - cheat meal once in a while to keep me sane. 3rd and 4th pic: this is me now. After 3 months I've dropped almost 20kgs overall.. started off at 117+kgs in January 2026. By the end of March 2026 I'm now at 100 kgs. I'm not done yet. I'm not at the best shape of my life yet. I have still a lot more to do. But I decided I would share my progress at the end of 3 months to the world to keep me accountable but also to celebrate what I've been able to do. I finally feel and look better in the clothes that I own. I feel more confident, I dont see a puffy double chin face, but something more defined. And that's a pretty solid win to me. I'm nowhere near where I want to be. I will keep pushing. It's not going to get easier. check back in with me in 3 more months inshallah I have made even better progress.

Getting business off YouTube is so easy it's ridiculous. I ran an experiment to validate a new YT video I was filming. So what I did is I cooked up a boring landing page in 30 minutes about Openclaw setup for sales teams. That one video with 1k views generated 3 warm qualified leads for a service we weren't planning on selling. One of those leads is now booked for a pitch next week on a 5 figure setup fee. YouTube is an absolute beast at generating business.
