Random anecdote on the topic of sleep: I’ve had on average 5 hours of sleep the last week due to stress and life responsibilities and today I finally had 14 hours of the most beautiful, restorative, melatonin powered deep sleep I’ve had in a long time. vivid dreams and all I feel like a new human. Throughout the day today I’ve had creative thoughts and ideas I very rarely have. I wonder what can be achieved if I set this as the new standard, so I decided to do some research on how to induce the best sleep possible. I attached a screenshot of practical notes on the subject below. And also I want to say fuck the hustle grind retards that preach you are lazy if you sleep more than 5-6 hours a night.
