Garmin schneidet im Vergleich zu anderen Schlaf apps am schlechtesten ab . Die durchschnittliche Übereinstimmung lag über die vier Schlafstadien (REM-Schlaf, Tiefschlaf, Leichtschlaf und Wachphase) hinweg zwischen 40 % und 50 % !!!! Was hat @Garmin vor?

Today politicians of all colours, intellectuals left, right and centre demand more and better border controls to 'protect' their own citizens. They seem to forget that this involves the general suspicion of foreigners ('aliens') and legitimises their scapegoating.

Just finished reading Stefan Zweig's The World of Yesterday (ht @BrankoMilan). It is uncanny how he describes the increasing nationalism, border controls, and xenophobia in the wake of WWI. The marginalisation, criminalization, and scapegoating is something we witness today
