Here's the hard reality of race, as per the Transracial Adoption Studies of Minnesota, even if you adopt an "African child" their IQ will ALWAYS be similar to their parents, their IQ will NOT improve and it will make no difference to genetics (even black kids raised in white homes of moderate income showed no real change, maybe 1-3 IQ points which is easily margin of error) things like genetic predisposition, impulse control health and potential disease etc. you won't be able to help or change.
