Just shipped another big @TrenchDotTools update. LaunchDeck is now tied together properly, including the full @HelloMoon_io integration with different MEV modes, plus a much easier first-time setup and more. I now consider LaunchDeck a fully functioning, reliable tool that anyone can use for free. That means I can finally move on to the next big pieces: • Trading terminal execution engine • Browser extension • Built-in LaunchDeck tools: image generation, image templates, translation and more. I’ve also been thinking about how to tie $TRENCHTOOLS into real functionality. To start, I’m considering giving token holders early access to the raw source code for the execution engine / extension so they can run it locally themselves. I’m also considering running a hosted instance for holders who don’t want to set things up manually, if there’s enough interest. Beyond that, I’m building more tools directly into the trench.tools website, including automatic crowd-funded DexScreener updates, useful trenching tools, and other community-focused utilities. Token holders will get free access to all of them. I’m still working out the token requirements. For early execution engine access, I’m currently thinking something around 1% so the initial pool stays small.

Pushing an important update shortly. It’s not the full Hello Moon integration just yet, still working on that, but this one includes a lot of important fixes and additions.

I’ve been spending time going through @TrenchDotTools and everything coming out from @0xd3bt , and I think the direction here is starting to become a lot clearer. After watching how things played out, he officially linked the project to the coin that actually formed a real community around it. CA: L73w5odyo5ZdJ1fPp319nfjqaFfHDdKifRmM8Kxpump From the beginning, @TrenchDotTools was never built as a token first project. The focus was always on open source, self hosted infrastructure. The coin $TrenchTools came after, driven by the community, and now there’s alignment between the product and the token. Creator fees are going back into development, and even though everything today is still fully open source and self hosted, he already mentioned there are ideas for giving the token real utility over time. Things like hosted tools or convenience layers for holders are being considered. Another thing worth noting is the distribution. At the start, there were bundlers holding around 10% and 5%, which obviously raised some concerns. But over time, the distribution has improved a lot and looks much healthier now, with bundlers sitting around 2.5%, 2.28%, and 1.03%. Now looking at the product itself, this is where it gets interesting. With @TrenchDotTools, the goal is to give users full control over their own execution instead of relying on platforms that take a cut. • You run your own setup. • You choose your own RPC. • You control how your trades and launches are executed. The first release, Launch Deck, is already live and the performance is actually kind of wild. Launch Deck is the first version of @TrenchDotTools : an open source tool for quickly deploying tokens on platforms like @Pumpfun, @bonkfun, and @BagsApp with deep configurability and serious attention to execution. On regular @Pumpfun launches, including dev buy, auto sell, and two zero block snipes, the average submit time is sitting around 50ms. A Solana block is roughly 400ms, and confirmations are consistently landing in the 250 to 350ms range. That timing already includes backend processing and the follow bot being armed, which says a lot about how optimized the flow is. What makes it even more interesting is that this is being run on something as simple as a $50 @Helius RPC. No expensive infra, no locked systems, fully open source. @0xd3bt also pushing improvements on Bonk next, so this is clearly being built out as a broader stack, not just a one off tool. From what I see, this is more about shifting control back to the user side. Lower costs over time, more flexibility, and less reliance on platforms.
0xD3bt@0xd3bt

PumpFun launches on @TrenchDotTools have become extremely efficient. These benchmarks are from regular @Pumpfun launches with: • Dev buy • Dev auto sell • 2 zero-block snipes We’re averaging ~50ms submits. For reference, a @Solana block is ~400ms. Confirmation is consistently landing around 250-350ms. That submit time includes all backend work and follow bot arming, which is kind of absurd for this type of flow. Also started making Bonk much more efficient too, finishing that tomorrow. You won’t find speed like this in many products, even paid ones, and this is all running on a $50 @helius RPC. Fully open source. Completely free: github.com/0xD3bt/Trench-…

24 hours later, and as promised, we’re linking the project to the coin that actually formed a real community around it. CA: L73w5odyo5ZdJ1fPp319nfjqaFfHDdKifRmM8Kxpump Trench.Tools was never meant to be token-first. It was built as open source, self-hosted tooling first. But the community wanted a coin around it, and one clearly stood out. That is the coin we’ll recognize and connect to the project going forward. Any creator fees go back into development. Right now the tools remain open source and self-hosted, but I do have ideas for ways the token could gain real use over time, including possibly hosted tools or other convenience layers for holders.
0xD3bt@0xd3bt

Since there still seems to be a lot of confusion and questions around this, I’ll say it one more time clearly. I didn’t want to launch a coin myself just to try to sell the product, but if the community wants one, I’m fine with that. At this point, it’s already pretty clear which one the community is backing. If that still holds in about 22 hours and supply control remains honest, that will be the one I recognize and link to the project. Any creator fees will go toward continued development and help offset the costs of building this product. I also have a few ideas in mind that could eventually give the token some actual use, even if everything is currently open source.

Things are going to heat up Do you realize what is going to happen once we are cosigned by one of the hardest working, most trustworthy devs in the game? THAT will just be the start. 0xD3bt is a literal genius and you have a rare opportunity to buy a piece of his next project before things get out of hand and are official He is taking on a major industry that generates MILLIONS in fees daily and he is doing it for the benefit of the community and this is the vehicle in which you get a piece of that pie I am choosing to bet on the genius who is taking on the fee overlords $Trench.Tools

After a decent night’s rest, I went back through the code and found a lot of bugs, logic issues, and inefficiencies. Pushing a pretty big patch shortly to clean up a lot of it. It’s still very early, so expect frequent updates/patches for now. Once things stabilize, I’ll move to a clearer and more structured rollout process.
